In order to ensure a top quality product we employ water filtration technology new to the hospitality industry. The EDI Water Filtration System is a way to purify water and create a safe and reliable product that consumers can feel confident using. It is made up of two systems, EDI Electronic De-Ionized and RO Reverse Osmosis.
The EDI Water Filtration System produces a high degree of purity by sending an electric current through the water, which will remove the residual salts, contaminants and aqueous species.
The Reverse Osmosis System uses water pressure to push tap water through a membrane that separates impurities and contaminants, producing high quality filtered water.
